Session Details

I offer weekly 50-minute online therapy sessions at a consistent time each week. This regularity provides structure and helps build a strong therapeutic relationship, which is essential for effective therapy.

Weekly attendance is expected to maintain continuity, but you are free to stop therapy whenever you feel ready, with no long-term obligation.

Fees

The cost of each session ranges between £70 and £95, or the Euro equivalent, based on what is affordable for you. I do not work with health insurers, so payment is made directly to me.

Reduced-cost sessions are available for individuals with limited financial resources, but these spaces are limited. I can only provide these sessions if my own circumstances allow me to do so, and as such, a waitlist may apply. Please feel free to discuss your situation with me during our initial consultation.

Payment is required in advance, either at the start of the month or before each session, and I accept bank transfers in GBP and EUR.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I require at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid a charge. This policy ensures I can manage my schedule and offer the appointment to someone.

If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice or miss a session, the full session fee will still apply. This includes cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rescheduling requests are treated the same as cancellations. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee will still apply, regardless of the reason. While I strive to accommodate requests where possible, late changes disrupt the continuity of therapy and my ability to manage time fairly for all clients.

Session Length and Ending Therapy

There is no fixed number of sessions. Therapy progresses at your pace, and we will have reviews to assess whether my approach continues to meet your needs.

You are free to end therapy at any time. I recommend we discuss your decision to ensure you feel supported in concluding our work together. This can also provide an opportunity to reflect on the progress you have made.
